Donations to our Shri Adarsh Kelavani Mandal Trust through 3D Links and NetBanking or in any other way will never be refunded and no reply will be given to the person making the donation and his family special note.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A DONATION AND THIS IS NOT REFUNDABLE

I have signed all the terms, The following conditions will be binding on me.

1. The person making the donation and any of his / her relatives cannot file a claim or police case for recovery of the donation amount.

2. Donations made in any way and by anyone through www.KhirasaraGuruku.com’s website are not refundable.

3. Donation amount deposited in Adarsh Kelavani Mandal is not bound to be returned to any person or company.

4. The transactions received by the trust are genuine and this transaction does not involve any phishing activity. If there is any kind of fault in the transaction, the liability will have to be borne by the donor, there will be no liability of the Adarsh Kelavani Mandal Trust.

5. I give a written assurance that I will never chargeback on a given donation amount.

6. The Adarsh Kelvani Mandal Trust is not responsible for returning the deposited deposit if any future chargeback will be made by any company or bank or individual.

7. Donors are responsible for chargebacks
